Angel 103 workshop we will take attendees through the lifecycle of a company and the key considerations that need to be made at each investment round. We will look at what terms become important and when; that different methodologies that can be used for determining valuation and what things to look for in future rounds.
We will also focus on what important factors needs to be considered when VC's and institutional investors look to invest, and what changes when companies go to international markets and how to prepare for the going, going, gone….the exit!
The workshop will be run by Ken Erskine who has extensive experience as an angel investor both from managing his own broad portfolio and leading the Ice Angels team for six years. Ken has developed and run the AANZ's Angel 101 and 102 workshops across New Zealand, receiving rave reviews for the content and his unique and fun delivery style.
This course will be run online. It will be two hours long and is tailored to allow for lots of sharing, so that you will not only come away with a deeper understanding of how to invest effectively in high growth startups but also connect with angels from around the country.
