2. Forecasting and budgeting
Dive into the importance of dynamic financial forecasting and budgeting with an overview on how to revenue projections, budgeting and scenario analysis. Discussion on the various tools used at different stages of company growth.
3. Changing investor expectations on capital requirements
We will outline how investor preferences are changing with AI, faster product launches and sustainability all impacting capital needs for start ups.

The finance team plays a critical role for start ups. This changes over time as a company scales. We will talk about people, processes and technology including the role of outsourcing and fractional resources.
