Luyanda is currently the Chief Financial Officer at the Johannesburg Metropolitan Bus Service Company (SOC) Ltd (Metrobus) which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the City of Johannesburg Municipality (City). Metrobus’ role is to provide affordable bus transport services to the citizens of Johannesburg.
He also serve as an Executive Director in Metrobus’ Board of Directors and was a national finalist in SAICA’s 2019 Top 35 under 35 CAs in the country. He received his undergraduate and post-graduate qualifications from the University of the Witwatersrand.
In 2014, he was part of an exclusive team that visited the United States of America’s (USA’s) International Visitor Leadership Programme (which is the US Department State’s premier professional exchange programme).
During the visit they visited Washington DC, Chicago and New York to meet leaders with a variety of fields experience and cultivating lasting relationships with them.
Luyanda is currently the Chairperson of the Audit Committee at the Equal Education National Council (EE). EE is a membership-based organization that also employs approximately 70 people across five provinces. It has an operational budget of R24 million. Its daily work is providing political education to rural and township high school students.
He also serves on the Audit Committee of the Black Business Council (BBC). The over-arching confederation that represents black professional, business associations and chambers.
Luyanda currently serves as the General Secretary and Board of Directors member of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa (ABASA) NPC. ABASA is a professional association that unites accountants and aspiring accountants to promote and facilitate the identification and creation of opportunities that provide advancement for blacks in the accounting profession

Dr David Masondo obtained his PhD at New York University (USA). His PhD thesis focused on Post-Apartheid State Industrial Policy and Investment in the South African Automotive Industry. He obtained both his BA (Hons) and MA at Wits University.
Dr Masondo has held different political and managerial positions in government, including serving as the Finance MEC and Director in the Local Government Department in Limpopo. He was Chief Director for Economic Sectors and Industry; and also served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Automotive Industry Development Center under the Gauteng Provincial Government.
He has been a political activist for a period of approximately 30 years. Dr David Masondo is an African National Congress National Executive Committee member serving in the Economic Transformation Committee and has served in various positions of leadership. He was the Principal member of the Financial Sector Charter Council representing the Community.
Dr Masondo is passionate about Education and has worked as a lecturer at Wits University teaching States and Markets (undergraduate) and Political Economy of Modern South Africa (Post-graduate course) amongst other courses. He is the Founding Principal of the OR Tambo School of Leadership, a political education school of the ANC.
His passion for education extends to community development. To this end he is a founding chairperson of the Topisa Trust, which provides ongoing support to youth to promote education, sport and cultural excellence in villages in Limpopo.

Khanyisa Cingo-Ngandu is the Head of Tax at SNG Grant Thornton. She is a qualified CA(SA) with more than 11 years of experience within the Tax arena. With a great deal professionalism and passion for her work and the Tax industry, Khanyisa progressed through the ranks until she was appointed the first female director to lead the Tax division of the firm. Her vast portfolio includes the South African Revenue Service (SARS), commercial and consulting. Her specialisation includes corporate tax advisory, taxation of REITS, corporate restructuring and tax digitalization. Khanyisa has championed the use of
technology and data to monitor tax trends and manage cash-flows for her clients. Through her leadership, the SNG Grant Thornton Tax division has developed a number of innovative
solutions intended to revolutionise the way businesses see indirect taxes and fixed assets in particular. She leads key tax collaborations between South Africa and Grant Thornton
member firms in the African region.

Mpho Mookapele is currently the CEO of EWSETA, her career spans more than 10 years in the private and public sectors in the finance and regulatory environment. The main areas of her experience are external audit, internal audit, performance information, financial management and public sector accounting technical and legislation advisory consulting. Through her career she has had the opportunity to work in the different spheres of the South African government, the private sector, and in the United Kingdom.
Mpho is a board subcommittee member of AWCA and did her board leadership course with Duke University. She also has a Diploma in Theology. Her board leadership roles include AWCA and Duke University. She is also a board member of SARETEC and an Audit Committee Member of Novo Energy (Pty) Ltd.
As a senior manager at Ernst & Young, she led the strategic planning and reporting solutions in the public sector. She facilitated strategic planning sessions for boards and senior management for a number of public entities and assisted with the preparation of strategic plans and annual performance plans. She also provided public entities with compliance solutions relating to Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) and Municipal Structures Act, as well as the relevant National Treasury Regulations. This often included providing training on the roles and responsibilities of those charged with governance in public entities as per the PFMA.
Being within the public sector as a CFO from 2016 and as Acting CEO for the past 10 months, executive leadership and accountability to the board has highlighted the importance of strategic leadership that is governed by ethics.
