The conference meetings expenses (meeting rooms with all necessary infrastructure, coffee breaks, working lunches) are supported by ABL.
The social events (dinners and tours) are supported by the attendees. The expense will be advanced by ABL and later charged to members in the mid-year invoices (after deduction of the 2024 conference expenses advance of 500 EUR paid with the annual invoice).
The accommodation is paid by the attendee. If you are interested in booking a room with Westin Dragonara Resort enjoying our group fee, please indicate that in the registration form. After the registration being received, you will receive a proper link to make the booking with the hotel.
ABL is working to provide transportation from the hotel to the social events venues.
In the registration form there are 4 types of tickets depending on the attendee status:
Member - This ticket shall be used to register ABL members.
Applying member - This ticket shall be used to register applying members.
Guest - This ticket shall be used to register plus ones.
Speaker - This ticket shall be used to register speaker attendees.
