Terms and Conditions of Registration for the 48th ABL Conference

ABL conferences are private events exclusively for members of the Alliance of Business Lawyers (ABL). If you are interested in learning more about our network or joining us, please contact Ana Sousa Amorim at ana@ablglobal.net.
Registration Deadlines and Fees
- Registration Deadline: April 15, 2025
- Fee Structure:
- Registrations submitted on or before March 15, 2025 are free of charge.
- Registrations submitted between March 16 and April 15, 2025, will incur a late registration fee of 100 EUR per delegate, payable to ABL.
Ticket Types
There are four ticket categories based on the attendee's status:
- Member - For ABL members.
- Guest - For accompanying attendees (plus ones).
- Speaker - For speakers participating in the conference.
- Applying Member - For prospective members applying to join ABL.
Conference Expenses
The expenses for conference meetings (including meeting rooms with all necessary infrastructure, coffee breaks, and working lunches) are covered by ABL.
Social Events
Social events (dinners and parties) are funded by attendees. ABL will advance these expenses and later include them in members' annual invoices. The corresponding deduction of the ABL Conference Pre-payment balance will be reflected in the invoice.
Accommodation
Accommodation costs are the responsibility of attendees. If you wish to book a room at The Bridge Wrocław MGallery Hotel Collection at the group rate, please indicate this in the registration form. Once your registration is processed, you will receive a link to complete the booking with the hotel. Kindly note that this process is not automatic and may take some time.
