Dear AmCham Members and Friends,

Humans have an innate capacity to survive and bounce back from adversity. And yet, when faced with crises and adversity in the workplace such as the current covid-19 crisis, the anxiety, stress and uncertainty our people experience can lead to burnout, disengagement, and mental health issues. Some say Indonesia is not ready to do "the new normal" as new cases are still showing up.

Are we really ready to embrace the new normal? Are you back to work from the office? What are the strategies that we need to use to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the workplace?

We invite you to hear from Paul Siregar, Managing Director of Dale Carnegie Indonesia on challenge of change that arises in organizations in new normal situations, "Change Model" as a structured approach to organizational change by maintaining flexibility and some findings on Agility and Resilience and its impact on your organization, i.e.: is a 5-day in-a week work arrangement at the office still the best option, or rather remote work arrangement are much more preferable in the near future, from home, from a cafe. He will be joined by Stephen Igor Warroka, Partner at SSEK Legal Consultant that will be updating the latest policy and regulation. On top of that, we would also want to hear from our members on what your company will do post pandemic situation.

We hope you can join us for this discussion.
