Sundi Aiyer is the Managing Director of ADEXOE Consulting.

Previously, he worked with Accenture clients and teams across ASEAN and the APAC region to help drive competitive advantage and sustained value through supply chain and operational innovation – enabled by breakthrough digital and technology capabilities across the extended value chain.

Sundi brings over 25 years of industry and consulting experience across all aspects of supply chain management, including: demand sensing and shaping; sales and operations planning; profit and revenue optimisation; e-commerce and digital innovations; logistics and fulfilment; product and service lifecycle management; customer relevance; supply chain analytics; digital supply networks and control tower; and enabling technology solutions. 

Sundi has served key clients across Australia, Greater China, India, Japan, Latin America, Middle East, Scandinavia, Southeast Asia, UK and Central Europe, and the US. His industry expertise spans Consumer Goods and Retail Products & Services; Automotive, Industrials & Manufacturing; Transportation and 3rd Party Logistics; High-Tech, Media & Telco; and Life Sciences and Pharma.

He has taught undergraduate, graduate, and executive education courses at NTU in Singapore, Southern Methodist University in the US, and Capgemini Global University in France. He has conducted executive briefings with Gartner / AMR, Forrester, and IDC; frequently speaks at global conferences; and has been an Industry Expert Instructor for the Singapore Naval Logistics Officers professional development programme. He has also presented at thought-leadership and visioning sessions to company Boards. Sundi serves on the Advisory Board and Executive Committee of Supply Chain Asia.

Sundi’s experience includes leadership roles in McKinsey’s Asia Operations Practice, and the supply chain and logistics practices of Capgemini, EY, Andersen Business Consulting, and the SABRE Group. He also founded and led his own successful global management advisory firm. He built his early career foundation at Penske, BP, and Tecnova. Sundi earned his M.S. in Management Science from Case Western Reserve University, US, and his B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, with high honors. An American citizen and a permanent resident of Singapore, he is an active contributor to professional forums at CSCMP, LogiSym, NTU, Singapore Institute of Management, Supply Chain Asia, and Transport Intelligence; and supports and serves in leadership roles in various community organisations.

Prashant is the founder of blu, an emerging Singapore-based company specialising in retail logistics technology. By implementing systemic innovation throughout the value chain and establishing one of the largest parcel terminal networks in Singapore, blu empowers businesses with a full suite of solutions, from warehousing and fulfilment to last mile delivery to returns management, making retail logistics seamless.

Adam Jiang is the CEO and Founder of Syrius Robotics, a revolutionary robotic and AI platform designed for an intelligent warehouse that redefines the timeliness and availability of warehouse operations. His responsibilities include driving the business forward in spite of resistance and doubts the industry brings, and to be a source of motivation for his team of over 40 young talented staff to work towards implementations of their products and solutions from the drawing board.

Founded by the most innovative minds, Syrius Robotics solves the complexity of shortage of labour force through collaborative robots. Adam and his team hope to lead the industry towards a fully digitalised supply chain network that is driven by data intelligence and transformed by Autonomous Mobile Robot.

Adam also aspires to help to support more operators in traditional warehouses towards being future-ready via technology that is hard for them to afford. In the long term, he and his team hope to re-structure the front-end warehouse in the supply chain for e-commerce retails with AMR-based automation, and eventually bringing their solutions to the global market.

“Data intelligence and networking collaboration reform every aspect of the world,” Adam said when asked about his source of motivation. “Robots are nexus of information and the physical world. Syrius aims to provide end-to-end solutions that connect flows of information and flows of logistics”.

Paul has worked for more than 25 years in the retail, logistics and supply chain industry, gaining experience covering operations, business development, corporate and strategic management as well as IT and supply chain solutions. He started his career in Retailing in 1988 when he joined Isetan and has worked with various multinationals including TNT Worldwide Express, EGL Global Logistics (now known as CEVA), Menlo Worldwide Logistics and YCH Group, a Singapore home-grown logistics solutions provider.

Paul founded and launched Supply Chain Asia, and has been leading the organisation as a volunteer since September 2005. Supply Chain Asia is a community that brings logistics and supply chain professionals in Asia together to network and learn from one another. As a volunteer, Supply Chain Asia provides Paul with a unique avenue to connect with the industry, both for knowledge and community development purpose. Paul has a strong network with shippers in the logistics and supply chain industry through his role in Supply Chain Asia.

Paul is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and holds an MBA (with distinction), specialising in Retail Distribution, from the University of Stirling in Scotland.

Rahul Nambiar is the co-founder and CEO of Botsync, a Singapore based robotics firm that builds robotic automation products for logistics and manufacturing companies in Asia. Botsync’s autonomous mobile robots, that move materials from point to point intelligently, are designed to be deployed in dynamic and complex environments in minimal time and without any infrastructure changes. With over 5 years of experience designing robotic systems for academic and industrial projects, Rahul founded Botsync along with his co-founders to address the need for a prominent automation provider based in South East Asia. At Botsync, Rahul oversees the fundraising and strategy development initiatives as well as works with the engineering team to deploy their products at customer locations.

Jonathan is the Managing Director of UnaBiz Singapore, overseeing all business relationships with ecosystem partners, clients and resellers in Singapore.

Jonathan holds a Degree with Honours in Computer Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Priority to this, Jonathan was part of the pioneer team of EdgeMatrix, Singapore internet and mobile solutions between 1997-2002.
