Jacques van Rensburg is the owner of Growth Factor Consultants and a facilitative trainer with more than 20 years of experience in Learning and Development. He has worked with listed and unlisted companies in South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Tanzania and the UK.
He has been recognized for his expertise in behavior changing facilitation using neuroscience techniques. He has expertise in Executive Team Coaching, Strategy Facilitation and Mediation. Since starting Growth Factor Consultants he has been exploring ways to merge AI and Virtual Reality to accelerate learning experiences.
He heads up a team of nine facilitators who have been trained in the same methodologies and techniques he applies.
