We also aim to discuss and showcase the path of Laikipia County, the pilot county for the Zero Carbon Building Accelerator program in Africa, with a focus on decarbonizing the built environment.

As the first county aiming to create a low-carbon building stock, Laikipia presents an excellent case study and opportunity for Africa to take the lead in the just transition.
