How we do business is changing and how we need to lead ourselves and others during these changing times requires a different mindset, heart set, and skill set. Agility is the ability to shift the old working habits into more adaptive and effective ways of doing things. It is also about creating positive momentum in leading organizations forward so that they can respond quickly, be resilient to change, and build

upon the shared knowledge of the organization.


OBJECTIVES


•The craft of creating the right environment to thrive

•The Leaders of the team have to create an inspiring and optimistic environment where teams the ownership of their work and learn fast from their customers

•The team will have to learn well in a wide range of circumstances, especially new, changing, and ambiguous situations.

  • People Agility - Skilled communicator who can work with diverse types of people.
  • Mental Agility - Ability to examine problems in unique and unusual ways.
  • Change Agility - Likes to experiment and comfortable with change.
  • Results Agility - Delivers results in challenging first-time situations.
