Emily Draycott-Jones is a commercially minded, dynamic Human Resources Leader currently serving as HR Director for the Asia Pacific Japan, Middle East and Africa region for Global Enterprise Software company IFS. Having delivered HR leadership across multiple industries, mainly within transformation-focused roles, across 6 continents, Emily is a passionate advocate for the HR function as a strategic business partner.

I've had the opportunity to partner with internal business stakeholders and external clients across the Tech, Digital Services, Logistics and Financial Services (FS) industries.
