(Shareholder Communications Canada), he has specialized in corporate governance, capital markets, securities regulation and engagement, board advisory and accountability, shareholder activism, corporate control transactions, and investor communications.

He successfully started or co-founded many of the industry players in the Canadian market today.

Glenn provides high level strategic support and development expertise to Alliance Advisors' Canadian business development team as well as the company's executive management team.

At the same time, Glenn participates in the development and growth of Alliance's international strategic objectives.
Glenn is a recipient of the Governance Professionals of Canada (GPC) Joyce Borden-Reed Distinguished Contribution
Award and has earned his Fellowship, Canadian Investor Relations Institute (F.CIRI) designation from the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI).

Glenn is a founding advisor to Women Get On Board Inc., and is a past board member of both GPC, The Governance Professionals of Canada and the Capital Theatre in Port Hope, Ontario. Glenn has also been a guest speaker regarding corporate governance and stakeholder engagement at several Canadian universities.

Andrew Hung is the Senior Vice President & Head of Mid Market Commercial Bank, Canada for BMO Bank of Montreal and brings over 27 years of banking experience spanning from Retail to Commercial Banking. At the beginning of his career, Andrew found his passion for building relationships and growing the business and has carried that into various opportunities in both Sales and Leadership. Most recently, he had the opportunity to merge two National lines of business to create stronger synergies, market coverage and an overall better client experience.

Diversity is a key pillar for Andrew, and he believes it makes teams stronger. He has a focus on both gender equality & equity and is active in allyship in both BMO and the external market. Andrew is currently leading a mentorship program within BMO on Activating Asian Voices to provide equitable access, and to empower the career development.

Andrew believes that we are stronger together and in giving back to the community. He has sat on numerous boards and committees primarily focused on supporting the next generation such as Canada Scores, Canucks Autism Network, and BC Children’s Hospital.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Commerce from UNBC and an MBA from Dalhousie University. On a personal note, he enjoys spending time in the mountains with his family, Kira, and Ethan.

Steven Jensen is Senior Vice President & Head, Corporate Finance Ontario, and oversees all lines of business and the Diversified Industries Group. Steven leads a team of passionate bankers focused on creating the best client experience rooted in listening, understanding and co-creating solutions to fit business needs.​

With 20 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Steven brings in-depth knowledge and understanding of the marketplace and clients’ needs.​

Prior to his current role, Steven has held a range of roles in Commercial Banking, leading a specialty team dedicated to helping our clients during difficult times and leading a team focused in supporting small business in BC.​

Steven obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and an MBA from Queens University.​
