AmCham Bowling Tournament 2019

Terms & conditions:

1. Each Team should have at least one female player (5 players per team) - maximum two teams per company

2. Participation will be on a first-come first-served basis.

3. All payments should be made prior to the event.

4. Each team registration must be supported by a letter from the relevant head of HR, confirming that all five players registered are members of the participating corporate. Please note that this letter must be on a corporate letterhead and signed by the head of HR.

5. All cheques should be made payable to "American Chamber of Commerce" and marked "Account Payee" and MUST reach the AmCham Office on or before November 29th 2019. Payments can be made via bank transfer. Details as follows:

6. All participating teams are requested to be at the venue by 11.00 am the latest, to ensure timely commencement of the program.

7. Please note that if your organization is unable to participate due to any unavoidable circumstances, we request your kind cooperation in notifying us latest by November 27th, 2019 by way of a written communication. If your organization fails to inform us of the same on or before the due date, the registration fee will not be refunded. All related notifications must be sent in writing via events@amcham.lk
