Tracey-Lee was born and raised in Zimbabwe, fortunate to have an idyllic childhood in Africa. At the age of 16 she moved to Cape Town, South Africa and it was here her dreams of travelling started coming to fruition with the opportunity to work first in a Travel Agency and then later for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
After being in the airline business for 18 years, with many cities and countries discovered, she opened her own travel agency from home which allowed her to raise her two daughters now aged 22 and 19 years.
Whilst living in London for 6 years, Tracey-Lee started volunteer work for the Richmond Blind Association and found charity work to be rewarding and humbling.
Moving to Hong Kong in 2014 with her spouse was an exciting opportunity although the thought of making friends again was rather daunting. However, within a month of becoming a member of the AWA, she found a warm community spirit. Tracey-Lee has been Chair of the Local Tours Committee for 18 months, discovering new parts of Hong Kong and China through AWA activities. She also volunteers at Ronald McDonald House and the AWA Reading programme.

Andrea has a wealth of experience in beginning anew and re-defining herself. Born and educated in Germany, she started to explore the world after graduating from high school. She has lived in Boston, Lausanne, Paris, Geneva, Bermuda and a couple of cities in Germany before moving with her husband to Hong Kong in 2013. Her diverse roles included working in Marketing, Corporate Development and HR for a multinational consumer goods company in Germany, to then being a full-time mum of three children.
Twenty years after graduating from university, Andrea reconnected to academics as a Project Manager of a research project in ethics of medicine. Besides a German Diploma in Business Administration, she holds a recent MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice. She tries to make good use of her knowledge when coaching private clients in transition periods.
Andrea joined the AWA shortly after moving to Hong Kong, a very wise decision back then. She immediately became involved with Charitable Donations, first as a team member, then as the chairperson from July 2014 to June 2016. She enjoys meeting new people and is proud to be part of the vibrant, diverse and engaged AWA community.
