Annual General Meeting BCCSA Johannesburg

The Committee of the BCCSA - Johannesburg invites all BCCSA members to attend its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 24 March 2022, at 18.00pm at the offices of our member MAZARS in Melrose Estate or virtually.

At the AGM, the President will present its 2021 report. He will be followed by the Treasurer with the presentation of the 2021 Financial results. Votes will take place. Finally, the incoming committee for 2022-2023 will be introduced.

Should you wish to join the committee of the BCCSA as a Director, please send your application to johannesburg@belgianchambersa.co.za, with a short resumé and a motivation letter. Application needs to be sent by no later than Friday 18/03/22.

Only the members who paid their full membership in 2021 can attend - please note that there is only 1 vote per member.

If you can't attend in person, you can give your proxy vote to another member. Please send us a proxy by no later than Friday 18/03/2022. You will find the link to the proxy document in this invitation.

We will start the AGM with some drinks and snacks.
