Diamond Level, $15,000 USD

A La Carte Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

The WiFi sponsorship provides WiFi to attendees in the meeting rooms and public spaces. The sponsor will receive recognition on signage and online.

Hotel Key Card (SOLD)............................................................................................ $3,000

Sponsored hotel key card with logo for all attendees staying in the hotel. The sponsor will receive recognition on signage and online. 

Charging Stations....................................................................................................... $2,500

Signage including company logo placed on a charging station table that will be set up in the meeting area. The sponsor will receive recognition on signage and online.

Name Badge Lanyards…………............................................................................. $2,500

Lanyards, with the sponsor's logo, will be distributed on-site to all attendees. The cost of lanyards will be covered by the sponsor with their approval. The sponsor will receive recognition on signage and online.
