    Lorelie (Lo-re-lee) also known by her initials "LQ", is a global leader in the energy industry having been based in various countries for Shell. She is an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion and digital transformation.

    With Pilipinas Shell celebrating its 108 years in the Philippines in 2022 and with a growing organization of over 4,700 employees, she is determined to continue Shell's commitment to nation-building, and to fulfill its mission to power progress together with the Filipino by providing more and cleaner energy solutions. This means lowering the carboon footprint of ScIP's operations and products while growing the company's customer-facing businesses, purposefully and profitably, and being a responsible neighbor of its partner communities.

    Her brand of leadership is transformative, where leaders inspire and motivate people to innovate and create change that will help grow the business and shape the future. She believes that at the core of transformational leadership is compassion for staff, customers and the communities where Shell operates.

    As the Vice President for Global Finance Operations (Expenditure), she manages 5 major processes covering all Shell businesses in more than 50 countries and supports 80,000 employees globally. She has a team of almost 700 people located in Manila, Krakow, Kuala Lumpur & Chennai.

    Lorelie has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Silliman University (Cum Laude) and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Australia.

    Maria Ressa has been a journalist in Asia for nearly 35 years. As Rappler's co-founder, executive editor and CEO, she has endured constant political harassment and arrests by the Duterte government. For her courage and work on disinformation and 'fake news,' Maria was awarded the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize, named Time Magazine’s 2018 Person of the Year, was among its 100 Most Influential People of 2019, and has also been named one of Time's Most Influential Women of the Century. She’s a nominee for the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize and is a co-founder of The Real Facebook Oversight Board. She was also part of BBC's 100 most inspiring and influential women of 2019 and Prospect magazine's world's top 50 thinkers, and has won many awards for her contributions to journalism and human rights. Before founding Rappler, Maria focused on investigating terrorism in Southeast Asia. She opened and ran CNN's Manila Bureau for nearly a decade before opening the network's Jakarta Bureau, which she ran from 1995 to 2005. She wrote Seeds of Terror: An Eyewitness Account of al-Qaeda’s Newest Center of Operations in Southeast Asia and From Bin Laden to Facebook: 10 Days of Abduction, 10 Years of Terrorism.
