Skip Brown and Teri Burgess will present on how to ensure that your organization's mission, strategic goals, and operational objectives are in alignment. This effort is important as it is the foundation of an effective measurement strategy. They will share measurement strategy examples and give the audience a chance to think about their own organization's measurement strategy possibilities. Finally, they will review the importance of continual, iterative quality improvement after your measurement strategy is implemented.
