Elaine has over 35 years of extensive senior management experience, and has worked with numerous organizations throughout North America, Europe, and Asia within the technology, financial services, non-profit sectors, and in public/private partnership organizations. Her particular expertise lies in corporate and board governance, executive talent management and search, and organizational development.

Elaine currently serves with the Canada Games Council (CGC) and Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games Host Society. Prior board leadership roles include: Vice Chair at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), and Board Chair at the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario (HSFO). She has chaired the Governance and Human Resources Committees at CGC, CGC Niagara, HSFO, ROM, Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, the Textile Museum of Canada, and Bishop’s University while serving on their boards. She has also led CEO search committees on many of these boards.

She has served as a Director in Residence for the Rotman School of Business Not for Profit Directors’ program, and on numerous panels and conducted workshops for Women Get on Board, and Women General Counsels of Canada, ACPA and AAPA, and CPA among others.

Ms. Wendy Kei currently serves as Board Chair for Ontario Power Generation Inc. (OPG) and is the Chair of the Audit Committee for both Karora Resources Inc. (formerly Royal Nickel Corporation)
(TSX: RNX) and Noranda Income Fund (TSX: NIF.UN).

She is also a member of the Department of Audit Committee
for Transport Canada. Ms. Kei is an accomplished Finance Executive with over 25 years of business experience in a variety of industries. For the majority of her career, she has been working within the mining industry and brings a strong focus on corporate govern
ance, finance, risk management and significant expertise in executing complex mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Kei is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-CA), previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Dominion Diamond Corporation (formerly Harry Winston Diamond Corporation and Aber Diamond
Corporation) and was previously the Chair of the Audit Committee for Guyana Goldfields Inc. (TSX).

Ms. Kei is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants o f Ontario, holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. Ms. Kei was selected as a Diversity 50 2016 Candidate by the Canadian Board Diversity Council.

Ms. Kieley is a respected C-Suite level business advisor with an impressive blend of experience in digital innovation, strategic planning and leadership of complex IT-enabled business transformation projects. She brings deep insights in various industry sectors: healthcare and social services; life sciences/research; government public policy and operations; and advanced technology.

Barbara is passionate about business excellence and effective governance. Along with her Institute of Corporate Directors designation (ICD.D), she brings substantive corporate governance experience.

Ms. Kieley is a recently retired Partner of Ernst & Young’s Advisory ServicesPractice and has been a management consultant with global consultancies for over 35 years.She has a proven track-record of growing professional services organizations through winning marketplace and account management strategies, business management fundamentals and talent development.

She has also held VP-level positions in complex, government organizations where she led service transformation initiatives with significant budgets. Barbara has top-secret level security clearance and academic credentials in science, mathematics and technology. She brings diversified workplace and industry experience and is motivated to contribute to growth and innovation in multi-faceted organizations.

Known for her warm, direct style, Barbara is a strong people leader, maximizing the results delivered by her teams. She serves as an ambassador of strategic leadership and is inspired by the drive to nurture the business leaders of today and tomorrow
