Course Description

This Asset Forfeiture presentation is designed to give prosecutors an overview of applicable forfeiture statutes, relevant topics in litigating forfeiture cases, disposition of forfeited property and annual forfeiture reporting and auditing.

Registration

This FREE WEBINAR is available to all members of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association but is limited to the first 150 registrants. Registrants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The last day to register is March 21, 2025.
