    As a licensed master social worker (LMSW) with over 8 years of experience in nonprofit organizations, Taylor is passionate about providing quality social services to vulnerable populations and improving their well-being and outcomes. Taylor has a master's degree in social work with a concentration in clinical and medical applications from Baylor University and a minor in criminology from Texas State University.

    Taylor is currently a medical social work case manager at Seton Hays in NICU/MB/ICU where she oversees the delivery of social services to patients and their families, coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

    She also serves as a steering committee member for Bastrop County Cares, a coalition that promotes community outreach and social service programs. Within that role, she is a leader in grant writing, program development, evaluation, and research.

    Additionally, Taylor has experience in program management, concentrated in youth development, public speaking, strategic planning, mental health, and victim advocacy.
