Given the current situation; we will host our 2020 AGM as a virtual/hybrid meeting

The majority of the outgoing committee will attend and present in person, at Raffles Hotel on the 17th December.

Members are welcome to attend from 5:30pm. We will cap numbers at 20.

The meeting will start at 6pm. Drinks and finger-food will be served.

Members wishing to join via Zoom are encouraged to complete a proxy vote form - assigning your vote to one of the committee members in attendance.

A Zoom link registration will be sent to you, shortly after registration.

A list of the nominations for the new committee will be sent out under separate email, together with the meeting agenda, proxy form and ballot paper for voting for the committee nominees.
