Arrington Gavin was born and raised in Chesapeake, VA. While Arrington was growing up, he developed facial hair at a young age. By the time Arrington was fourteen years old, he had a full beard. By the time he went to high school, Arrington had to battle with his private high school about his facial hair, which he won. The only time he was cleaned shaved was for his high school graduation. Soon after high school graduation, Arrington started growing his beard. Since Arrington has a passion for the human body, he always had a burning desire to help individuals accomplish their personal goals by living a healthy lifestyle through fitness and wellness.
