Objectives

Through the "Back to Basic: This is How to Do it" virtual event, ORNAP members will be able to:

  1. Acquire practical and relevant measures for proper cleaning, disinfection & sterilization of instruments and supplies, gowning & gloving, skin disinfection, waste segregation with COVID-19 considerations.
  2. Identify applicable tools that could improve the documentation, monitoring & evaluation mechanism.
  3. Develop a culture of safety in the workplace for perioperative practitioners and patient.
