Blair Durham is Co-Founder/President and current B-Force Program Director at Black BRAND.

Blair Durham is Co-Founder and President of Black BRAND, a 501c3 organization founded in 2016, whose acronym encompasses business, research and analytics, networking, and the development of black commerce. Beginning in Hampton Roads and now also operating in the Dan River Region, Black BRAND serves as a regional black chamber of commerce organizing programming to support emerging and existing black business owners. Blair is a Hampton Roads native, a graduate of Virginia Tech, the host of Black Wall Street Today, and a proud board member of The Virginia Zoological Park and Volunteer Hampton Roads. Most proudly, Blair resides in Portsmouth with her husband and three children.

Leadership & Life Coach Expert, Kimberly Frazier is the founder
and CEO of Enjoying Life & Leadership Coaching an accredited A+ business with the Hampton Roads Better Business Bureau. She is the author of “The RxFactor” an Amazon best-selling book on leadership and the host of Enjoying Life & Leadership Podcast.

For over twenty years, she has worked as a leadership coach and
is recognized by the American Association of Christian
Counselors (AACC) and the International Coach Federation (IFC).
Kimberly holds a master’s degree in business administration from Shaw University, and a bachelor’s degree in leadership studies from Regent University. Kimberly’s coaching and training has helped corporate leaders and executive women transition into triumphant lives and careers.

As a gifted motivational speaker, workshop facilitator, and
leadership coach, Kimberly leads groups focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and executive coaching.

Mark is the Vice President & Community Development Manager at SunTrust, now Truist. In this role, Mr. Johnson is responsible for overseeing the Community Development activities in the state of Virginia.
An exemplary steward of community service and champion of philanthropic efforts in the Hampton Roads community, he is consistently working to align the bank with charitable organizations and initiatives that promote positive change within the community. Mark’s continued efforts have been recognized through several awards, such as the Hampton Roads Inside Business Top 100 Power List - the people who shape and influence Hampton Roads, the Urban League of Hampton Roads Silver Star and MLK Community Leader Awards, which recognizes leaders who have made a difference in their communities; the SunTrust Bank Performance Excellence Award, which recognizes the outstanding performance of teammates in both sales and non-sales roles who demonstrate exceptional achievements in support of the bank’s guiding principles (the first professional in his position to receive the award); the National Association of Leadership Program’s Distinguished Leadership Award, which recognizes exemplary service and commitment to the community (only 1 of 15 professionals that received the award across the country in 2015) and the Hampton Roads Community Action Program’s Community Builder’s Award (given to recipients based upon their proven track record of outstanding leadership, exemplary service and advocacy for positive change). Mark was also the lead visionary in the creation, planning, and organization of SunTrust Bank, Hampton Roads first annual of Diversity and Inclusion Awards Celebration in the Greater Hampton Roads Community in 2011 and led the effort that brought the cast members of the hit nineties TV show A Different World, which emphasized the value of higher education and the value of HBCUs – Historically Black Colleges and Universities to Norfolk State University in April of 2015.
Prior to his arrival to the Hampton Roads area, Mark made significant inroads in the Buffalo, New York, and Washington, DC, metro areas. He received the 40 under 40 Award from Business First Magazine in his role at United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, the Trailblazer Award from the Buffalo Educational Alliance, and the John H. Garber, Jr., Award from United Way of Worldwide (formerly United Way of America) – one of the youngest United Way Professionals to ever receive this particular honor.
In a 2017 and 2018 leadership endeavor, Mark was a Co-Chair of the Hampton Roads UNCF Mayors’ Masked Ball in Norfolk, VA. More than 800 people attended both events that raised over $200,000 to support scholarship efforts within the Hampton Roads community.
Mark serves on number of boards and committees, including, Life Enrichment Center of Norfolk, American Diabetes Association, WHRO, LISC Richmond and Hampton Roads Advisory Boards, Tidewater Community College Education Foundation Board, Hampton Roads Workforce Council (Co-Chair of the Board), the VA UNCF Advisory Council, the Green Run Collegiate Foundation Board and the Hampton Roads Chamber Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (DE&I)
Mark resides in Virginia Beach with his wife, Shonder, and his two children Imajae’ and Mark II. He is a graduate of Canisius College, in Buffalo, NY, and the ExecuStep Program, United Way Worldwide, formerly United Way of America.

Michelle Little serves as Vice President, Community Relations Manager for Bank of America. In this role, Michelle works with local executives to deliver one company both internally and externally and is responsible for executing the local market strategic priorities which includes employee engagement, strategic business integration opportunities, and championing the company’s environmental, social and governance initiatives in the Hampton Roads and the Triangle market.

In her 25-year career at Bank of America, she has held administrative roles in Human Resources, Commercial Banking and joined the Local Markets Organization team in 2004 as a market specialist. She participates in LEAD for Women, LGBTQ+, MSAG employee networks. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Hampton Roads Community Action Program and is the Chair of the Resource Development Committee.

Michelle resides in Virginia Beach, VA with her husband Daniel, two daughters Tiffany and Anna; a son Logan; granddaughter Aubrey and two dogs.

Dana Beckton joined Sentara Healthcare in Norfolk Virginia as their first Chief Diversity Officer in 2019. At Sentara, Dana is responsible for engaging across the organization to set the vision and strategy to cultivate an inclusive work environment where diversity is embraced and developed and where all employees feel valued and have equal opportunities to succeed. Dana drives the alignment between the Diversity, Inclusion & Cultural Competency roadmap and Sentara's business strategy.

Dana has participated in the National Association of Health Service Executives, first with the Delaware Valley Chapter’s advisory board and as a mentor to Early Careerists and now as interim president of the Virginia chapter. She has also served as a guest speaker on various diversity and inclusion topics for companies and non-profit organizations including the Health Management Academy, PA Diversity Council, New Castle Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Conference, Becker’s Hospital Women and Diversity Leadership Conference and the National Diversity Conference. Dana currently serves on the boards of the Virginia Community College System and the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities

Dana was recently recognized by the National Diversity Council as a Top 100 Healthcare Diversity Officers. Dana has her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Temple University and her graduate degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University.
