Where: Artists for Humanity in South Boston, MA
When: Monday, November 4th, 2024 from approx 3:15pm - 6:30pm
What: Our event will feature 6-7 "mentors" who hold senior positions in various corners of the music and entertainment industry (we are in talks with booking agents, talent agents, artist managers, electronic and music production experts, etc.). The first part of the event will consist of lighting talks from each of the mentors about who they are and what they do, and the second part of the event will be more interactive - each speaker will have a table and the kids can circulate through, asking questions and participating in interactive activities.
Goal: To educate youth on different career paths within the music and entertainment space and offer a deeper look into the many opportunities that exist behind the scenes.
