We are presenting Baguio LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion Forum, it is PFIP's way of making its signature Pride events more accessible to organizations in North Luzon. It is designed for anyone interested in creating a more inclusive workplace for LGBT+ employees.
It features expert speakers and engaging panel discussions that will provide you with valuable insights, practical tools and strategies for creating a more inclusive and supportive work environment for LGBTQ+ employees, and an opportunity to connect with other like-minded professionals and build your knowledge and skills around LGBT+ workplace inclusion.
The objectives of the Baguio LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion Forum are to:
- Build awareness and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and challenges in the workplace ( corporate, government, and academic institutions)
- Advocate for Inclusive workplace culture by sharing best practices and engaging leaders, both within and outside the workplace, to encourage policy changes
- Provide networking opportunities to help build strategic partnerships, foster collaboration, and strengthen relationships within the LGBTQ+ ecosystem
