Event Details

The Baltimore Region Investment Summit, an official spinoff event for SelectUSA, will be a highly visible platform for showcasing the tremendous economic momentum in the Baltimore Region. The summit will feature high-profile business leaders, including the region's major CEOs and investment leaders shaping projects in technology, manufacturing, culture, and community redevelopment efforts.

Our official spinoff event will be a highly visible platform for showcasing the tremendous economic momentum happening in the Baltimore Region. Baltimore joins a short list of highly competitive metropolitan areas—including Miami, Seattle, and Phoenix—authorized by Commerce to host spinoff events to support their economic development objectives. In 2023, more than $4.2 billion in private investment was announced for the Baltimore Region, including nearly $1 billion in new early-stage capital funding. In May, GBC will release its 10- year economic opportunity plan, which will outline a plan for our 400 members and partners to catalyze the innovation ecosystem, support the logistics and export sector, and enhance the creative and cultural assets that anchor the region.

The summit supports the regional tech hub designation efforts and GBC's broader strategy to market the region for investment and jobs. We expect an audience of 400, including influencers in business investment, international companies, tech startups, industry experts and site selection consultants. GBC will also invite service providers and reporters who cover new and emerging economic markets.

Attendees must be registered to attend Select USA or apply to attend.
