Banking Operations Course

Course Description:

The two (2) whole-day course was designed for member banks with the aim to familiarize bank personnel with a strong grounding on the various functions that Banks perform, thus enabling them to conduct their work more effectively and enhancing their confidence level as they communicate to their various customers.

Course Objectives:

As engaged participants in this Program, the attendees will leave the learning session better able to: (i) establish a clearer understanding and deeper appreciation of the various functions that banks perform; (ii) discuss the different aspects of bank operations and services; (iii) demonstrate how banks relate to their customers, the primary regulator, and the PDIC.
