BCM KSS: ESG in Sports: A Game-Changer for the Industry

The Business Council of Mongolia is inviting you to the BCM KSS by Kh. Nominzul, under the topic "ESG in Sports: A Game-Changer for the Industry". This KSS will be held on 04 March 2024 from 14:00-15:30 at Shangri-La Office, Suite #2203.

This upcoming Knowledge Sharing Session (KSS) aims to leverage sports events, specifically the six FIBA 3x3 official events hosted by the Mongolian 3x3 Basketball Association, to promote not only the development of sports but also to create a positive impact on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) sustainability. It seeks to shift the focus of sports from solely entertainment to also include broader societal and environmental goals, such as promoting inclusivity, diversity, and environmental causes. The initiative aims to demonstrate that sports events can be used as a platform to advance ESG indicators and encourage stakeholders in the sports environment to take responsibility for promoting sustainability and social good.

Nominzul Khuyag is a sports management professional with 9 years of experience in managing multilingual projects to promote inclusion, sustainability through sports and anti-doping education program development in Switzerland, South Korea, and Mongolia, such as 2-year-long inclusive community building with the Special Olympics. She is the initiator of Athlete Career Transition programme and currently working in Mongolia 3x3 Basketball Association as the Partnership manager.
