Fully guided tour of the Newlands Brewery, the oldest commercial Brewery in Africa, and the home to great South African Beer. (Including the Specialty Brewery –Newlands Spring Brewing Co). This tour includes our history and a walk through the various areas of the brewery (Brewhouse, Ferment, Packaging & Warehouse) ending with a tasting in the pub.

Followed by a BE Talk : 'SAB/ AB InBev, a Belgian-South African success story by Julian Williams.

Important note. We will be walking through the brewery so everyone needs to be wearing closed, flat, non-slip shoes (sneakers or trainers are ideal), no high heels, sandals or flip flops. Due to safety reasons we cannot accommodate anyone making use of walking aids (crutches, walking sticks etc) and the tour is not accessible to those in a wheelchair.
