"In our VUCA world, we easily assume that exchanging information with each other is self-evident.
The opposite, however, turns out to be true… the more we use technology and are guided by 'time = money', the more we overlook crucial elements of our communication block box.
In this session I give an idiosyncratic view on the (in)efficient exchange of information, both privately (so it's a must-come for partners whose husbands do not seem to listen and for parents with youngsters who do exactly the opposite as you told them to do 😊) and professionally (so it's also a must-come for 'bosses' who's people seeming not to understand them), based on 35 years of (international) experience as a global leader, business coach, and, above all, proud father of 4 young adults"
