Matter of the Heart


Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), the world's leading cause of death, claim as many as 17.9 million lives each year, globally. According to a study by the Indian Council of Medical Research and Registrar General of India, India accounts for approximately 60 per cent of the world's heart disease burden. The number of deaths due to heart attacks in India has remained consistently over 25,000 in the last four years, and over 28,000 in the last three year. This poses immense health and economic burdens in India and globally.


 Cardiovascular Summit is being organized to address critical topics related to cardiac care and advance the field of cardiology. This summit aims to bring together experts, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss and collaborate on strategies that will transform cardiac care delivery, educate the public on cardiovascular health, leverage technology and AI advancements, and promote preventive measures for heart health.


Through these panels, discussions, and knowledge sharing, the summit aims to foster partnerships, drive policy advancements, and make progress in the field of cardiology. By bringing together key stakeholders and thought leaders, BEAT 2024 will contribute to shaping the future of cardiovascular care, improving patient outcomes, and promoting heart health across communities.
