In any other year we would celebrate King's Day together at the annual King's Day Reception always excellently organized by the Consulate of the Kingdom of Belgium.

Unfortunately for all of us, after lengthy debates with the HKgov, our Consul-General was forced to cancel the reception this year due to the current health measures.

Although not of the same caliber as the annual King's Day Reception, the Belgian Club and the BLCC took the initiative to organize an alternative.

We are happy to invite our community to 22° North in Discovery Bay for an informal & delicious Belgian inspired lunch to celebrate King's Day in Hong Kong.

Join us on Sunday 15 November on the terrace (weather permitting) for a tasty apéro followed by a 2 course lunch consisting of either Belgian beef stew (stoofvlees) or shrimp stuffed tomatoes (tomate crevettes) or spiced lentils with wild rice (V) with a dame blanche as dessert.

Members of the Belgian Club and the BLCC pay HKD300, non-members HKD400, it includes snacks & a drink for the apéro and the 2 course meal. Your other drinks are for your own expense. Of course you can bring young children along, for them you can order a kid's menu à la carte, also at your own expense.

-----------------------

It is vital that we all follow the Social Distancing Regulations without question. Please be mindful yourself & look out for your family & friends. Any instructions/requests from the staff of the restaurant, the Belgian Club and the BLCC must be followed.

Most likely the 6 guests per table measure is in effect this Sunday, so that is how all of our guests will be seated. Please adhere unquestionably to this regulation.
