Italian guitarist Beppe Gambetta will play acoustic hits spanning his legendary career at the

SFIAC Grand Ballroom. Visiting North Beach from Genoa, Italy this is a must-see concert.

Heavy appetizers and cash bar.

Beppe Gambetta returns to San Francisco after an intense period marked by new music

productions, experiences, recognitions and a new book called "Declarations of Love:

unexpected encounters, passions, music and recipes to reunite us".

Beppe Gambetta is a musician and ambassador of art, who, for more than four decades,

continues to amaze us with the uniqueness and originality of his projects born on both

sides of the Atlantic. He is an acoustic guitarist, songwriter, producer, and educator, and

his art is fueled, above all, by the curiosity that springs from encounters, travel, and

research. He has brought back forgotten artists, popularized and reinvented folk guitar

techniques, produced unforgettable shows and much original music, for which he is loved

and respected on the international scene. In April 2019 he was awarded by the Mayor of

Genoa, Marco Bucci, with the prestigious title of Cultural Ambassador of the city of Genoa

in the world.

For his return to the friendly city of San Francisco, Beppe will lead us in a journey through

his cultural world. He will present Italian songs and melodies from old traditions to modern

songwriters arranged with his unique guitar style and blended with new original
