Advance 360 Education will present the findings of their 2023 proprietary national research, surveying parents of students considering post-secondary education as well as high school students themselves. The research is the culmination of extensive surveying and data analysis aimed at understanding the attitudes, behaviors, motivations and preferences of both parents and students when considering their post high-school education options.
They will share insights on how parents and students make decisions about choosing a school, what factors influence their decisions, and what are the most important considerations when looking to attract student prospects. Attendees can expect to gain valuable insights into the minds of parents and students considering post-secondary education and to discover how your institution can best meet their needs in today's ever-changing landscape.

Joel’s key areas of focus are audience development and channel strategy, with an emphasis on social media. In this role, Joel is responsible for the planning, strategy, and nurturing of Advance 360 Education’s client’s marketing campaigns. Prior to Advance 360 Education, Joel has worked with trade and vocational schools for over 10 years. He has managed social media marketing for vocational schools and community colleges. Joel holds a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning, graduating Magna Cum Laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Will Hajjar

Will is an executive with more than 25 years’ experience driving business strategy through decision science, market intelligence, and opinion research. He holds a master’s degree in economics from Louisiana State University (LSU) having studied econometrics with Dr. Carter Hill and marketing analytics with Dr. William Black. He currently serves as the Head of Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence for Advance Local. Will brings creative and innovative solutions to a range of clients across most major verticals. In addition to his private sector work, Will teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Business Strategy, Consumer Behavior, Data Science, and Research Methods at Kean University and Saint Peter’s University. His approach blends academic theory with practical applications to prepare students to think critically through real-world problems.
