Are you interested in becoming certified?

The BHA offers 4 different certifications for BHA members. Certifications do not expire as long as you earn an additional 15 credits every 2 years. (Points are earned through attending meetings, committee participation, presentations at events, certifications, etc. ) All exams are online and results are emailed to you once the exam is submitted. However, the first certification exam needs to be taken at one of the BHA events. To sign up for an exam, click on the green Register button on the left.


*Once you sign up for a certification, I will send you the study materials for that exam. You have up to 12 months to prepare for an exam.

Certified Waterproofing Specialist

The applicant must be employed by a company who has been a current member of the Basement Health Association for at least one year. He (she) must study the books and publications that are provided after registering. Once Certified an individual must obtain at least 15 credits every 2 years in order to maintain their certified status. This ensures the homeowner that our Certified Waterproofing Specialist is on the cutting edge of the latest technologies.

Certified Structural Repair Specialist

The applicant must be employed by a company who has been a current member of the Basement Health Association for at least one year. He (she) must study the books and publications that are provided after registering. Once Certified an individual must obtain at least 15 credits every 2 years in order to maintain their certified status. This ensures the homeowner that our Certified Waterproofing Specialist are on the cutting edge of the latest technologies.
