She grew up in Ottawa and began her career with BMO in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative, holding various roles including Financial Planner. She is a two-time nominee for the Business Women of the Year Award and catapulted herself to be recognized as a leader for Women in Wealth in Canada. Jenny is known for her leadership in overcoming gender bias in the workplace, and her “New Girls’ Club” - starting a new table of women who want to help one another succeed.
