Kim Bianca Burgess is a native New Yorker who relocated from Georgia, where she lived for over twenty years. In Bridgeport since 2011, she has been an East End resident, serving as a community advocate, professional development consultant, and adjunct professor.

Her presentations are engaging, fast-paced, and peppered with humor while firmly focused on finding solutions, achieving goals, and building confidence. She draws on her personal experiences and professional expertise to connect with her audience. With her extensive background in training, she is well-versed in the unique needs of adult learners and can quickly adapt to meet their requirements.

She holds a Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement. She is pursuing a doctoral degree in Human Services, specializing in Leadership and Program Evaluation in Human Services Organizations.

Her unwavering passion for demonstrating a better quality of life fuels the organization’s mission of providing performance improvement training to residents of underserved Black and Latino communities and organizations having direct impact or influence in these communities. Kim Bianca is married to Rev. Gilbert Burgess, Pastor of Community Baptist Church, New Canaan, CT.
