A Client Services Manager in the Project Support Office at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator where I have the privilege of building and maintaining relationships with key partners. I support the priority and business executives with intermediation work and assist with identifying and unlocking demand. This ensures that we continue to catalyse, grow and secure opportunities on the SA Youth Partner Network for young people. Serving as a leader in project management, exercising sound judgement and innovative solutions to challenges in implementation gives me great pleasure. Being able to Provide comprehensive and seamless project management support to various programs, including the Delivery team and Project Managers inspires me and motivates me to continue to do this work for our country.

John is a specialist in workforce strategy, transformation and planning. He has held a global executive position for a Global Workforce Solutions provider for many years. He was a negotiator at NEDLAC for around 7 years and represented SA at the ILO/ ILC on three occasions in Geneva. He holds a B Comm Honours Degree, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Labour Law and a Certificate in Design Thinking from MIT in the US. John also has more than 20 years’ experience in employment equity consulting.

Llewellyn is MD of Cebano Consultants, based in Cape Town and he consults to a wide range of clients on talent alignment, organisational culture and remuneration related matters. Cebano’s clients cover a broad range of industries, including both private and public sector.

Cebano offers 3 main areas of consulting services, namely Reward consulting, Organisational culture and Leadership consulting and Office Automation implementations.

Llewellyn is a certified trainer of the Barrett Values Centre frameworks at a Practitioner level.
