Jose Roberto L. Del Rosario, Jr., also known as Sonny, is a professional trainer and business consultant. He is the president of LifeQuest Training and Consultancy Corporation, a company he founded on April 1, 2014.
Sonny’s professional training experience encompasses the areas of strategic thinking and management, human resource development, entrepreneurship, finance and accounting, general business management, written and oral communication, and customer service. As a business consultant, he is engaged by companies in various industries for strategic and business planning, operations management, human resources development, finance and accounting, and systems and productivity improvement. As an entrepreneur, he has become part of ventures in agriculture, fashion accessories and ready-to-wear, and food-services. Currently, he is an edupreneur building an integrated international school in Metro Manila that aims to make progressive international education available to a larger segment of society. Prior to becoming a professional trainer and business consultant, Sonny was part of the corporate world for over thirty years occupying positions from supervisor to executive in the mining, banking and finance, real estate, agriculture, health care, and education industries.
During his years in education, Sonny was once an academic director of international design and business college with campuses throughout Asia. He lived for six years in Huizhou City, China and for four years in Bangkok, Thailand. In both locations, he taught business, management, and entrepreneurship, as well as trained several Chinese and Korean managers for international deployment. In the Philippines, Sonny lectured at San Beda College Alabang, Asia Pacific College, College of St. Benilde, De La Salle University, and St. Scholastica’s College. Sonny completed the Accelerated Strengthsfinder Coaching Course of Gallup U.S, Inc. in 2017. He also earned his Master of Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management (1988) and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering degree from De La Salle University (1983).
