Join us for a Breakfast Briefing about Carbon Credits in Laos!


This interactive panel discussion will involve experts from industries in Laos, the Government of Laos, and the Australian Government. We will hear how the plan for carbon credits here and in the region, and how business can take advantage of this emerging market.



This event will:

  • Introduce and explain the topic of carbon credits as a business opportunity in Laos
  • Outline the benefits and potential pitfalls of carbon credits in Laos
  • Outline the role of carbon credits within the GoL's response to climate change
  • Provide an overview of the role of carbon credits in Green Growth strategy and the synergies between the public and private sectors
  • Create synergies between Australian businesses operating in the local and international market and Institutions.


We will host a one hour panel discussion, including a questions and answers from the audience, followed by coffee and networking. We look forward to seeing you there.
