Voice Of Healthcare​ in association with Cipla Ltd​. is organizing an awareness session on the occasion of World Breast Cancer Awareness Month i.e. October 2022.

Breast cancer is a disease in which cells in the breast grow out of control. There are different kinds of breast cancer.

Breast cancer occurs almost entirely in women, but men can get breast cancer too.

 The most common type of cancer in women, breast cancer accounts for 14% of cancers in Indian women. It is reported that with every four minutes, an Indian woman is diagnosed with breast cancer. The survival rates of breast cancer in India are low because the detection takes place late.

The only way to change these numbers is by increasing awareness. Breast cancer is a treatable disease and chances of survival are higher if it's detected in time. Our goal is to raise awareness among people so that with proper treatment, the mortality rates can be decreased.
