Exclusive briefing to ARCCO members by FSD IX on BSP Circular 1104
The Monetary Board approved last November 13, 2020 the amendments to the relevant section of the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions covering the submission of report on crimes and losses.
With the amendments, MSB together with Pawnshops are now required report within ten (10) calendar days from knowledge of the crime/incident.
