This year, the Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects (SILA) is thrilled to relaunch and continue the Build - with - Heart 2.0 initiative! 🎉 Sixty building professionals from Singapore are coming together to build a home in Malaysia for low-income indigenous families.

WhyBUILD?

🏠 Contribute & Improve: Enhance the quality of life for the needy community of Orang Asli families by providing safe and secure housing.

🚧 Remove Unsafe Conditions: Replace inadequate housing with new, safe structures that meet basic living needs.

💧 Address Poor Housing: Eliminate issues like leaking roofs and unsafe living conditions.

🤝 Skills Transfer & Partnerships: Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration between volunteer architects, landscape architects, engineers, and builders, strengthening partnerships and sharing knowledge.
