7:30 AM- 2:30 PM

In this unique class, attendees must attend as a pair, a Project Engineer/ Assistant PM (or similar office staff member) and a Journeyman/Foreman (or similar level field/craft member). During the seminar, we will discuss and explore the challenges both individuals face in their role, what one can do for the other and help develop a cohesive partnership with the future leaders of companies.

• Individuals will walk away with a better understanding of each other's roles and responsibilities.
• Individuals will gain a better understanding of the others perspective within their role.
• Attendees will build a stronger connection and relationships with each other and take this experience back to the jobsite.
