You are invited to register to participate in a virtual call with the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) to discuss the recent upgrades to the information available on their website, including a list identifying a list of entities that have been identified as having made a boycott-related request in reports received by BIS​.

In March 2024, the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) published a new resource for companies, financial institutions, freight forwarders, and others to help them identify boycott-related requests they may receive during the regular course of business.

This list may have caused some unintended actions, and this call is to help clarify anti-boycott compliance for firms in Malaysia,

During this call, we will review the regulations and see how these, including the upgraded listings, might affect your operations in Malaysia and beyond. This session will also serve as an opportunity to address any questions and gain a deeper understanding of how to navigate the current situation effectively.
