Daniel is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded multiple companies in Mexico and the U.S., ranging from manufacturing to business consulting to security, clinical laboratories, and commercial real estate. Currently, he is co-founder and CEO of Crestera Capital, an investment fund targeting Latin American investments in the U.S. market. He also remains as co-owner and board member of PROESA, an international group of healthcare companies focused on providing reliable and cost-effective clinical analysis in Spain and Latin America.

Daniel holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de México (ITAM) and a graduate degree in Creativity Applied to Business from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela in Spain. He is currently finishing work on a Doctorate from Universidad Antonio de NEBRIJA in Madrid. Born in Dallas, he has lived most of his life in Mexico, France, and Spain. Daniel and his wife, Miriam, have four children and live in Frisco, Texas. He is a member of the Dallas Chapter of Asociacion de Empresarios Mexicanos (AEM), the Asociación Mexicana de Propietarios de Laboratorios Clínicos (AMPLC), and the Consejo Mexicano de Empresas de Diagnostico Medico (COMED). He taught young entrepreneurs and MBA students at three of the top universities in Mexico for 14 years.

Ricardo Elias is a seasoned banker with 34 years of experience in Mexico and international markets. He has held key roles in institutions like Citibank, NationsBank, and Bank of America, specializing in Corporate Banking. In the Factoring arena his leadership includes being Director of Factoring at Banamex and HSBC Mexico, Executive Credit Director at Banorte, and CEO of Arrendadora Actinver.

From 2012 to 2014, he was HSBC’s Regional Director of Factoring for the Asia-Pacific region, managing a portfolio of over $2 billion. He has also held leadership positions in Mexican financial associations like AMEFAC and AMSOFAC.

In 2019, he founded RE Consulting to assist Mexican companies in securing funding. He is a partner at CAPAFIN. Ricardo also serves as a member and president of the credit committee at fintech companies Capital X and Capital Tech. He contributed to BCR Publishing and FCI’s World Factoring Yearbook 2011.

He currently leads the International Private Bank -at the Dallas-Houston-Austin Region for Texas Regional Bank. He will actively participate in Supply Pay as an external consultant with his factoring and credit expertise.

Ricardo is also a valued member of the AEM DFW Board, and acts as AEMDFW and other Chapters Coordinator
