    Sustainability Officer at Shun Tak Holdings Limited

    Charles is an ESG & Sustainability practitioner who pursued his career by joining the Government Green Employment Scheme: Graduates Subsidy Programme in 2020. As a committee member of the Environment & Conservation Fund (ECF) and the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals (HKIQEP) Young Members Chapter, he has made notable contributions to youth sustainability initiatives. Professionally, he is a certified ESG analyst, ESG planner, GHG carbon auditor and chartered building engineer.

    Edmond Lau

    Manager, Recycling Fund at Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC)

    Edmond visions that through research and engineering knowledge, true green solutions comes. He advocates for environmental responsibilities in the commercial world.

    Prior to HKPC managing Recycling Fund projects, Edmond served as the spokesperson of The Green Earth HK. There he preached Producers’ Responsibility, Single-use plastic reduction and Light Pollution Control policies.

    Senior Project Manager at The Hong Kong Countryside Foundation

    Teresa has worked in the sales and marketing sector for the Thomson Group before she switched to the environmental field. Right after the completion of her master degree in environmental management in 2013, she joined the Hong Kong Countryside Foundation for the first village revitalization in Lai Chi Wo. She has been working on the management agreement scheme and other CCFS funded projects. As member of the executive committee of EMAHK since 2012, she is now Honorary Treasurer of EMAHK. She has completed the Professional Certificate of IUCN Global Standard for Nature-based Solutions, IOIA/ HKORC Organic Crop Inspection Training and GSTC Sustainable Tourism Training programmes.

    Samuel Tang

    Manager, Sustainability at Great Eagle

    Samuel has experience in corporate sustainability consultancy focusing on GHG accounting, carbon management strategy, target setting, and renewable energy procurement strategy across different sectors including real estate, aviation, beverages, hospitality, and conglomerates. Samuel also worked on environmental engineering research projects in a research center in the Hong Kong Science Park and in Technion – Israel Institute of Technology on desalination and water treatment technology. Samuel received his PhD in Civil Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and trained as a registered corporate coach (WABC) and facilitator (Facilitator U).

    Joshua is an environmental engineer with over 10 years of experience in the green building and environmental fields. He currently holds the position of Senior Technical Executive at BEAM Society Limited, where his responsibilities include conducting technical reviews and overseeing the implementation of BEAM Plus project assessments in accordance with operational procedures/ guidelines. Prior to joining BEAM Society Limited, he worked in consultancy firms where he was in charge of project management and conducted various types of modeling, including building energy simulation and lighting/ daylight simulations, etc.
