CEDAM is convening MSHDA, equity investors, developers and other affordable housing stakeholders for our annual QAP & LIHTC Summit. During this day-long training and discussion, we will cover:
- MSHDA's LIHTC program, reviewing application expectations and patterns through the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP)
- Other MSHDA housing programs
- The status of the debt and equity markets
- The construction management climate; and
- Various capital stacks through the presentation of two different case studies.
We will close out the day with a networking reception.
